ASCOLI PICENO. Estate country complex to be restructured, composed by 3 buildings surrounded by about 10.000 sq.m. of flat ground. Located on a hill near the city of Amandola A.P. (about 2 km), the buildings enjoy panoramic sight from all four sides: from the beautiful chain of Sibylline Mountains to the near mountain of the skiing resort of Sarnano on one site, the wide extent of the valley which encircles San Ruffino lake and the surrounding countries on the hills, on the other site. The place is supplied with water and light connection and is easily accessible through a countryside road. It is located at s.l.m height of about 600 meters and is 10 km far from the mountains and 40 km distant from the sea.. The main building is placed in central position respect to the other two, and is disposed on three floors of about 110 sq.m. each one; the perimetrical walls are built of stones and bricks, like some local traditional buildings, and they are in good condition. Floors (in beams and mules) and roof (in oils jars) are damaged. The second building, in bricks, placed to south and similar in dimensions to the first one, is a more recent building and is in good conditions. The structure of the third building, to north, collapsed some years ago.
